Total passenger traffic at regional airports rose 4.8 percent to 5,110,629 during the two months, compared with 4,875,411 in the same period of 2025, an increase of 235,218 passengers.
Hurghada International Airport handled 2,131,400 passengers, up 6.1 percent from 2,008,847 a year earlier. Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport recorded 1,638,499 passengers, up 6.2 percent from 1,543,002.
