Aena advances the expansion of Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport with the full opening of the new security checkpoint and projects in Terminals T4 and T4S valued at over €146 million

  • Construction work to expand the T4S South Pier—adding three contact stands—involves an investment of €56.5 million and a 24-month execution period.
  • The central security checkpoint at Terminal T4 is now fully open, allowing all passengers to keep both liquids and electronic devices in their hand luggage.
