Join the UK delegation to ReBuild Ukraine, Warsaw, 12-13 November 2026
We are now seeking expressions of interest for UK businesses to register their interest in joining the official UK delegation to the 6th International Exhibition of ReBuild Ukraine, taking place on 12-13 November 2026 at Expo XXI in Warsaw, Poland. This event serves as a vital platform for international collaboration, focusing on the reconstruction of Ukraine’s war affected infrastructure, energy, housing, and industry sectors.
Organised by Premier Expo in partnership with the European Commission and supported by key Ukrainian ministries, ReBuild Ukraine brings together over 500 exhibitors and participants from more than 30 countries. The event features the EU-Ukraine Investment Conference, a National Pavillion showcasing over 20 communities, and a structured Matchmaking Platform to facilitate B2B meetings and project partnerships.
As part of the UK delegation, your business will have the opportunity to:
· Showcase your expertise in sectors critical to Ukraine’s recovery, including construction, energy, and infrastructure.
· Engage in high-level discussions with Ukrainian officials and international stakeholders.
· Participate in pre-scheduled B2B meetings to explore potential collaborations and investment opportunities.
· Gain visibility in the Pavilion, connecting directly with Ukrainian municipalities seeking partners for reconstruction projects.
The conference provides a platform for international businesses to showcase expertise in several sectors including infrastructure, energy, construction, and the professional services required to rebuild Ukraine’s economy. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Ukraine’s rebuilding efforts while expanding your business network in the region.
Criteria
Priority will be given to businesses which:
· Currently export to or partnering with Ukraine, or actively expressed interest in working with Ukraine;
· Did not participate in the previous ReBuild Ukraine conferences;
· Provide UK-wide regional representation;
· Have expertise and operations in the following sectors:
o Energy
o Infrastructure
o Social Infrastructure (healthcare and education)
o Transport
o Raw and processed materials
o Humanitarian demining
o Telecoms
Considerations
While BIST covers the full cost of the pavilion, a stand on the pavilion, and the entry charge, we are unable to contribute to travel, accommodation and subsistence for the event.
