The Port of Portland has completed the main terminal reconstruction at Portland International Airport (PDX), concluding an 11-year infrastructure programme valued at 2.15 billion USD.
The project, described by the Port as the largest public infrastructure scheme in Oregon’s history, delivered a full rebuild and expansion of the airport’s main terminal without requiring any closure of the facility during construction. The programme was completed on schedule and within its stated budget.
