Perth Airport has appointed a joint venture of Duratec Limited and West Coast Civil Pty Ltd to provide early contractor involvement (ECI) services for its Jet Fuel Expansion Program.
The appointment marks the start of the ECI phase, during which the Duratec–West Coast Civil Joint Venture (DWJV) will progress the project through concept design.
