Local businesses are being given the opportunity to enter lucrative supply chains connected to East Midlands Airport at a special event next week (21 May 2026).
A limited number of spaces are still available for the airport’s Meet the Buyers event, which provides access to a selection of more than 25 supply chain decision makers looking to place contracts with SMEs in the East Midlands. The airport is a significant driver of jobs and growth in the region, with 7,800 people working across the airport site and supporting a further 42,800 jobs in the UK economy.
Taking place at the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport on Thursday 21 May, the roadshow follows the inaugural event in 2024 which landed deals estimated to be worth £1.9m. It gives local firms face-to-face opportunities to pitch their goods and services to a range of businesses...
