San Antonio International Airport landed a $10 million grant for its new terminal, locking down the final bit of funding it could receive under a massive infrastructure bill approved during the Biden administration.
The money will go toward development of the airport's $1.7 billion, 18-gate terminal, which is slated to open in 2028. The 850,000-square-foot facility will be larger than the two existing terminals combined.
The latest grant is one of many funding boosts the airport snagged since Congress passed a $1.2 billion infrastructure bill in 2021.
