The FAA released a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) for the FAA Contract Tower Competitive Grant Program (FCT). The FCT program is a competitive discretionary grant program that provides $20 million in grant funding annually for five years to support airport-owned airport traffic control towers (ATCT) that participate.
