BAG Conditions for Flight Member Workshop 3: Environment- *Recording Available*
Last year we created a document which described BAG’s view on the state of the aviation sector in the UK.  Called Conditions for Flight, it provided a voice for BAG in the discussions between the UK government and the aviation industry on how to resume operations following the Covid-19 pandemic. The document was widely shared with a range of various Government departments and well received.
We are planning to issue a new version of this document for 2021 and invite Members to make positive contributions around the themes of Economics, Social License, Environment, Experience and Operation.  We welcome and encourage you and your colleagues from your organisation to participate and engage in those dedicated workshops.

On the 11 March, we hosted  Workshop 1: Economics; Social License; Environment.
Please find the recording of the workshop here. Please note this is for BAG Members only.
On the 25 March we hosted Workshop 2: Experience; Operation. Please find the recording of the workshop here. Please note this is for BAG Members only.
On the 1 April we hosted Workshop 3: Environmentlease find the recording of the workshop here. Please note this is for BAG Members only.

UK-China Green Airport Workshop (Online Session) - *Postponed*
Following further discussions with the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) it has now been agreed that this be postponed until a slightly later date. There are a number of industrial events and conference lined up in China during April, May and June that require participation from Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), and especially those Government Officials who will lead the AWG event from the Chinese side. The postponement will therefore allow both sides more time to prepare fully for this flagship event. We hope that this does not cause you any inconvenience. We will be in touch with those who have registered with the confirmed dates in due course

Co-hosted by the Department for International Trade (DIT), the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and the China Civil Airports Association (CCAA), is organising a UK-China Green Airport Workshop which will be held both physically in Xi’an and virtually to accommodate those UK speakers and participants who are unable to travel to China around that time. This event will form part of the DIT Airport Industry Week in China – a one-week programme of activities combined with the UK-China G2G Aviation Working Group.
