The ATI has launched the latest in its INSIGHT series of papers, setting out how the Institute is addressing the sustainability of air transport. The paper introduces a new framework defining technology priorities and approaches which need to be pursued. It also includes an analysis of the whole aircraft lifecycle, the specifics of the environmental impact of air transport, and progress to date against global targets.
