The International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA) and Oliver Wyman are supporting the U.S. FAA’s Women In Aviation Advisory Board (WIAAB) charter to understand the lack of women in the aviation field.  Although the Women in Aviation & Aerospace Charter’s initial intent was to support WIAAB, we are now expanding our work to support the industry globally on this important topic. We are looking for men and women to participate in a survey to help us identify trends that encourage or discourage professional advancement in the industry. Your participation in the survey will provide insight leading to recommendations for increasing retention and career advancement for women in aviation.

The anonymous survey should take approximately 25 minutes to complete and will be open until October 22nd, 2021.   At the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to indicate if you would like to be contacted for further insights, or to participate in a roundtable with other women leaders. If you would like to participate, you’ll be asked to contact IAWA via an email link.  Because your email to IAWA is outside the survey, your responses cannot be linked to your name or any other personal information.  If you have taken this survey before, thank you, and we ask that you NOT retake it.

Thank you in advance for supporting this important work and taking the time to tell us about your experience and insights from your aviation career.  Please feel free to share with others.
