SAT noted that nearly all airline companies increased their operations from the airport during the month.
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) in Texas, US, has reported a 40.4% year-on-year increase in passenger volumes for last month, with air travel recovering amid a fall in the number of Covid-19 cases.
Last month, SAT welcomed 767,099 passengers, which was 89% of April 2019 levels.
International travel to and from the airport also improved, with a seat capacity change of 54.5% from April 2019.
