The Noida International Airport in Jewar is making significant progress, with construction work advancing according to the planned timeline. Test flights are anticipated to commence in March-April, marking a crucial milestone in the airport's development.

The terminal building construction is nearing completion, and the runway and air traffic control (ATC) building were finished a month ago. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) reports that a dedicated team of 7,800 individuals is tirelessly working around the clock to expedite the project.

As the interior work of the terminal building is set to commence shortly, it is expected to be finalised within the next four months. Simultaneously, the Airport Authority has initiated the installation of reflectors and signage on the runway. Additionally, the ATC building is being equipped with necessary machinery and devices to ensure operational readiness.
