The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Expedited Delivery of Airport Infrastructure Act (H.R. 468) on a voice vote Tuesday. The bill, sponsored by Rep. Sam Graves (R-MO), would allow AIP funds to be used for incentive payments to expedite the completion of airport projects. Similar legislation has not been introduced in the Senate yet.
