Grimshaw is developing the scheme for the expansion of Lima's Jorge Chavez International Airport.  The practice was appointed by Lima Airport Partners (LAP) and is working alongside Ramboll and Aertec and led by ARCADIS.  The scheme includes a second terminal and new midfield Air-Traffic Control Tower with the conceptual design due be unveiled by mid-2015.

Peru is one of South Amercia's top performing economies, and the Jorge Chavez International Airport expansion will reflect Lima's role as a major connection hub.  The project adds global credence to Grimshaw's growing international aviation portfolio and the design team are looking forward to working in a new market.
