Fraport TAV Antalya has extended its concession to operate Antalya Airport in Turkey until 2051 after offering the highest bid in the tender and pledging to invest €765 million on upgrading the gateway to allow it to handle up to 80 million passengers per annum.

It bid €7.25 billion for the concession rights to operate the airport between January 2027 and December 2051. A quarter of this sum will be paid upfront to the Turkish State Airports Authority (DHMI).

Vnukovo-INTEKAR Yapı JV participated to the tender alongside TAV-Fraport JV.
