Yesterday's unveiling is step two of a three phase project.
Yesterday, Delta Air Lines unveiled the latest phase in its Los Angeles International Airport Terminal 3 remodel. The latest step includes nine new gates, eight of which will open to customers on October 5.
The latest unveiling is part of a joint $2.3 billion investment between Delta and Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). The entire project is set to be completed by 2023.
