Pascall+Watson have been working with Regional and City Airports Limited (RCA) to provide architectural and airport planning services for Exeter and Bournemouth Airports’ masterplans.
Over the next five years, both airports are anticipating a substantial growth in passenger numbers; at Bournemouth figures are projected to increase by 200% and at Exeter by 150%.
Our primary objective has been to explore short and long term plans to support their development strategies. Each study has included analysing the capacity of the existing facilities, identifying and forecasting demand levels and meeting new regulatory requirements to develop a phased expansion of the airport’s campus.
