Edinburgh Airport has partnered up with renewable energy company Ørsted in a bid to make the airport one of the most sustainable in the world.
They have mapped out a route for the airport to reach its goals of becoming netzero by 2040 which will include using green technologies, new hydrogen fuels produced at scale from offshore wind farms to help eliminate carbon emissions from Edinburgh Airport and the aircraft that operate from it.
