Dublin Airport has announced that work on the new north runway has commenced with a sod turning ceremony with Ireland's Prime Minister, Leo Varadkar, and Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, Shane Ross, today joined daa chief executive, Dalton Philips. The new runway will be located to the north of the current Dublin Airport's main runway, with construction expected to take two-years (Source: Airport World)
