AiQ new IATA Modelling Tool provides airports with a new and efficient way of assessing their current and future infrastructure and operational needs based on the passenger level of service (LoS) requirements, as outlined in the Airport Development Reference Manual 10th Edition (ADRM).
Our bespoke tool covers areas that affect passenger experience throughout the airport. This includes departures, arrivals, the baggage handling system and the retail area. Passengers must go through certain stages whether they are departing or arriving at the airport, and all of these steps are defined by IATA’s guidance on optimum space and waiting time per passenger.
