Mixed reaction across the 3 countries after news of a viable vaccine. With each country in some form of a lockdown after experiencing a second wave, response to the news of a potential vaccine varies between countries. The UK is the most optimistic, while Italy still shows real concern even with vaccine news, unable to shift the negative perception of the crisis.
Promising outlook for trains and planes as people are eager to travel again. Much of cross country and international travel are limited, so current levels of train and plane usage are down considerably. The future, however, looks promising as both modes display anticipated usage above usual pre-covid levels.
