Boston's Logan International Airport has expanded its Terminal E, the airport’s international terminal, by four additional gates. For Logan International Airport, the new Terminal E comes with amenities and a Delta Sky Club.

In a July 7, 2022, statement, the Massachusetts delegation to the US Congress noted that Logan International Airport in Boston received $62 million in FY2022 funding from the Federal Aviation Administration. The funding not just went towards improving roadways connecting Terminals A & C to E but also funding for the rehabilitation and renovation of the existing 1974 Terminal E facilities.

In particular, the funding will replace the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, expand baggage claim and the curbside area to accommodate the gate expansions and rehabilitate the existing ticket counter area, gates, and jet bridges. These investments led to improved disability access and reduced energy use.
