The new airport will have an annual passenger handling capacity of 12 million by 2024.

Bechtel Engineering and Construction India has secured a contract from Tata Projects to support the delivery of the new Noida International Airport in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

Tata Projects’ work scope includes the construction of the terminal, runways and airside infrastructure roads, utilities, landside facilities, and other ancillary buildings.

It recently secured an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract from Yamuna International Airport Private Limited, a unit of Zurich Airport International.
