This week marks Learning Disability Week. It is all about making sure the world hears what life is like if you have a learning disability. Mencap is a Learning Disability Charity whose vision is for the UK to be the best place in the world for people with a learning disability to live happy and healthy lives. Each year, it is the aim for Learning Disability Week to educate and raise awareness about learning disabilities, smash stigmas and end discrimination and fight and campaign for a fair society.
