Woods Bagot Aviation Sector takes flight: with significant projects wrapping up design at SFO, including the $647M Terminal 1 Boarding Area B, a pre and post security outdoor observation deck at Terminal 2 and a refresh of interiors in the International Terminal Building. Woods Bagot is poised to repeat its SFO success at other airports in North America and around the world. Having recently hosted a packed roundtable at the P3 Airport Summit on importance of hiring a diversified Owner's Rep team. Woods Bagot has turned some of its aviation attention to the burgeoning P3 market in North America, a delivery model the firm is well accustomed to from more than $2B of projects delivered to date using P3. Recognizing the needs for airports to improve passenger experience and optimize airport and airline operations Woods Bagot's design research team called SUPERSPACE is hard at work developing proprietary simulation models for airports using passenger and operations data to build bespoke terminal models that simulate behaviours throughout an airport.
