Covid marshals will be on hand to help passengers when international travel restarts on Monday

Measure being undertaken by Heathrow include:
- Discouraging non-travelling friends and family from attending airport
- Having an army of marshalls to guide and assist passengers (marshall will be wearing pink tabards)
- The wearing of face masks to still be required at all times
- Sanitizer gel and wipes will be available throughout Terminal 5
- Toilets will be deep-cleaned / special robots with ultra-violet light will assist in sterilizing the area
- BA is trialing a virtual queue system for check-in
- BA will also be trialing at 25-second covid-19 antigen test
