More than 116 trillion VND (5.11 billion USD) is needed to build Long Thanh airport and upgrade Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat airports for the 2018-2021 period, with a vision to 2025, according to the State-owned Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) investment plan.
