Heathrow Airport has opened a dedicated terminal just for passengers on direct flights from Red List countries.
Heathrow says that a Red List facility is planned eventually for Terminal 4 but presumably will not happen until there is enough business for Terminal 3 to be opened in the normal way.
It is thought that the Government is covering the cost of operating the terminal, but a final sum has yet to be agreed.
