Systems Interface has been awarded the final phase of Jersey Airport's new Air Traffic Control contingency facility under its 'Technology Partner Framework Agreement'.
Jersey Airport's Business Continuity Plan required a resilient operational capability to cover such events as the loss of the existing ATC Building or facilities. In such an emergency the new ATC contingency facility will allow the ATC services to continue with minimal interruption from within a building close to the airport.
Systems Interface provided system design through to managing the equipment procurement process and jointly evaluating multiple tenders for all the necessary equipment with Jersey Airport's management team.
