The Board of Directors of Centralny Port Komunikacyjny sp. z o.o. hereby announces to the public the plan of tender procedures for 2025. The publication of the plan is intended to allow potential contractors to find out in advance about the planned procedures and to give interested parties the opportunity to better prepare for the submission of tenders, which may ultimately contribute to greater competitiveness and quality of the tenders submitted in the ongoing proceedings. At the same time, we would like to inform you that the Contracting Authority, acting as the sector contracting authority, is not obliged, in the light of the applicable legislation, to publish the schedule of procedures. The provisions on the obligation to publish a plan of proceedings apply only to the classic contracting authorities.
This plan is for illustrative purposes and covers procedures with a budget of more than PLN 1 million that the Contracting Authority expects to carry out in 2025. It contains anticipated dates for the opening of procedures on a quarterly basis, as well as approximate contract values presented in the form of value ranges, as explained below the table. Value ranges mean the indicative range of amounts within which the Contracting Authority expects a specific procedure to fall, which only gives a general picture of the scale of the contract. It should be emphasised that the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the scheduled procedures in terms of dates and value depending on circumstances beyond the Company's control.
