Manchester City Council has granted Manchester Airports Group (M.A.G) planning approval for the first and major phase of the Pascall+Watson designed Transformation Programme (MAN-TP).
The 10-year investment programme will transform Manchester Airport by delivering a series of 60 enhancements, worth up to £1bn. The key focus and approval for the development is for the expansion and reconfiguration of Terminal 2, which will more than double its current size.
Pascall+Watson have produced this fly-through video of the development. The pilot’s-eye view sweeps over the runways, taxiways and new road system, and into the new double-height super terminal.
