Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is undergoing significant changes to meet the increase passenger demand.
One of the key upgrades is the expansion of Park Economy 3 lot, which will grow from 3,800 spaces to 11,000 by the end of 2026. The new lot will feature solar-paneled canopies and an amenity building complete with restrooms and refreshments.
John Brantley Boulevard, the horseshoe-shaped road connecting RDU's terminals, is being revamped.
