Pascall+Watson and DunnettCraven have been awarded ‘Best in the UK’ in the Retail Architecture category at the International Property Awards Summit, for the Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 Luxury Retail Scheme. The awards were held at London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, 7 December 2015.
The £9.5m Luxury Retail project, situated in the Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 International Departures Lounge, comprised of the reconfiguration of 22 fashion and luxury brand stores, the addition of two new large scale units housing iconic world class luxury brands, Louis Vuitton and Chanel, as well as a high-end food and beverage offering, which includes a Fortnum & Mason champagne bar.
In their 21st year, the International Property Awards is the world’s largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme. Worldwide, the 2015 International Property Awards has received more than 2,000 entries from over 110 countries this year.
