Pascall+Watson, in partnership with DunnettCraven, are pleased to announce that the Luxury Retail scheme at Heathrow Airport’s Terminal 5 has won a 2015 UK Property Award in the category of Retail Architecture.
The International Property Awards “celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry” and “are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines.”
The Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5 Luxury Retail scheme was conceptualised by DunnettCraven before being developed and delivered by Pascall+Watson.
The £9.5m project, situated in the terminal’s International Departures Lounge, comprised of the reconfiguration of 22 fashion and luxury brand stores including Bottega Veneta, Cartier and Rolex, the addition of two new large scale units, which house ‘iconic’ world class luxury brands, Louis Vuitton and Chanel, as well as a high-end food and beverage offering, which includes a Fortnum & Mason champagne bar.
