The UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) today launched its new Airspace Modernisation Strategy (AMS) that initiates the major overhaul of a key piece of national infrastructure. The new strategy is in response to the government tasking the CAA with preparing and maintaining a co-ordinated strategy and plan for the use of UK airspace up to 2040, including modernisation.
