The catch: nobody knows when any of this will happen, let alone what it will look like when it does.
Utilization has dropped dramatically, almost universally, across the board. Much of the fleet in the western areas are at least partially grounded lowering capacity by around 70-80%. Initial surveys found gross utilization will likely be negatively impacted by as much as 30-40% in year 2020 alone, likely even higher....more
