The FAA has published a memorandum that provides instructions for the Office of Airports field offices regarding forecast review and approvals. The approval instructions apply to forecasts subject to FAA approval for planning and design, project justification, NEPA reviews, benefit-cost analyses, and Part 150 Noise Compatibility Planning.
