Deecon Consulting are currently conducting an Industry Outreach Project on behalf of the DfT as part of the Economic Deterrence Initiative (EDI). The project aims to assess the current understanding of and compliance with UK transport sanctions regulations. This is implemented under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, applying to the entirety of the UK and Crown Dependencies and Overseas Territories (CDOTs).
We believe your organisation is a key stakeholder who could provide valuable insights into the perception of UK transport sanctions regulations.

Please note the aim of the survey is to provide general insight and we do not expect your organisation to directly engage with transport sanctions.
We assure you that your responses will be kept anonymous and utilised exclusively for the purposes of the EDI project. Please ensure that your organisation only completes the survey once. Additionally, please note the Russian oil price cap does not fall within the scope of this project and so does not need to be acknowledged in the completion of this survey.
