At the end of July this year, CPK settled a tender for the selection of a debt financing advisor who will support the company in the processes related to obtaining debt financing for the construction of the CPK Airport. Representatives of CPK and the consortium of Lazard Freres SAS and Pekao Investment Banking have signed an agreement.
The consortium of Lazard Freres SAS and Pekao Investment Banking will support CPK in m.in of structuring financing, negotiating with financial institutions and concluding a debt financing agreement in the amount necessary to carry out the construction of the airport.
