Martin Neilan, Pascall+Watson’s Project Director for CADP commented “The airport exists in an exceptionally constrained and complex context, one aspect of which is the water that we have commenced building over. To see this work underway gives a sense of reality and excitement to the intricate process the airport and ourselves have been through in finding the optimum solutions to this major development”
