Cape Town International Airport (CTIA) in South Africa has decided to invest approximately R7bn ($499m) to implement various infrastructure projects over the next five years.
CTIA will upgrade its domestic arrivals terminal and expand international terminal as part of the project.
The airport will also work on a new realigned runway with an investment of R3.93bn ($277.92m). The realignment of the runway will help to expand the terminals in the future.
