The Government of Canada has announced nearly $12.6m (C$16m) in funding for Regina International Airport (YQR) to help it rebound from the pandemic shock.
Funds will support continued air services and key transportation infrastructure projects at the airport.
As part of this initiative, the airport will receive $10.4m (C$13.2m) from Transport Canada’s Airport Critical Infrastructure Program to support the rehabilitation of runway 13-31.
