Each year we offer British Aviation Group Members the opportunity to highlight their achievements and project wins free of charge in our spring and autumn newsletters.  Preparations are now under way for the autumn edition.

Our professionally developed newsletter provides an excellent showcase for BAG members.  It will be distributed internally to all our members, overseas to UKTI/Embassy posts and to key players in the industry such as construction companies, leading consultancies, airport projects and other organisations that have an interest or need for our members' products and services.  The newsletter is also available at various events throughout the year.

The BAG Autumn 2015 Newsletter will be published at the BAG Annual Dinner in London on Thursday 24 September 2015, ensuring that it reaches professionals from across the industry.  As always, the newsletter will provide you with a mix of general news about BAG and our latest developments but, more importantly, will also provide a forum for your company to highlight your good news stories to a wide but targeted audience.

We therefore cordially invite you to submit your content for this newsletter.  Please find attached a find template for your story, which specifies the information we need from you.  In order to kep the newsletter fairly short, punchy and relevant we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

Your story should be a maximum of 100 words and include a photo

  • Your story must be recent and relevant to the aviation sector
  • Your story should relate to a contract win, award, new product or other similar company news
  • Your story should not be a sales pitch
  • Relevant contact details should be provided (contact name, telephone number and email address)
  • All contributions should be sent to louise.hector@britishaviationgroup.co.uk by close of play on Friday 28 August 2015.  In order to meet our deadlines with the design and print companies, we must be strict with this deadline.

Please note that all stories will be reviewed by our editorial committee and are subject to the editor's discretion for inclusion.  Any stories that do not meet the guidelines are unlikely to be included.  Due to the limited space in the newsletter, stories will be accepted on a first past the post basis.  All stories will be published on our website on the same day as the publication of the newsletter.

If you have any questions or suggestions for how we can improve our newsletter, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
