- Please update your availability by blocking your calendar under My Agenda in the platform.
Meeting scheduling is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. EST to accommodate global time zones. If you prefer not to receive meeting requests outside your normal working hours, kindly block those times accordingly.
- MAKE NEW CONTACTS – SEND/ACCEPT MEETING REQUESTS! Access the Directory and review the meeting instructions available under My Files.
All meeting requests will be sent to your email and automatically added to your Outlook calendar. Please note that meeting requests must be accepted in order to be confirmed. Meetings cannot be canceled through Outlook and must be managed directly within the InEvent platform.
