bagLOGIX have been appointed to undertake a feasibility study for Brussels Airport Company (BAC), who are preparing to implement ECAC compliant Standard 3 Hold Baggage Screening (HBS). The study will determine the impact on their existing baggage system and identify options that will optimise the screening equipment and processes.
Kevin Sheppard, Mangaging Director of bagLOGIX said "As with the majority of Standard 3 HBS solutions, the baggage systems will require significant reconfiguration to facilitate the introduction of this technology "The reconfiguration for BAC will include the pre-sortation, consolidated HBS, final sortation and flight make-up solutions.
