At BAG we are on a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion journey, and we recognise we need to do more to educate ourselves and our member organisations to understand more about the people who work within our network and the communities which we represent.
June is Pride month - a month dedicated to celebrating LGBTQ+ communities all around the world. Pride Month is a vibrant and inclusive celebration that honors the LGBTQ+ community, their history, achievements, and ongoing struggle for equality. This annual event serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of acceptance, diversity, and love. It brings together individuals, organizations, and communities to advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and celebrate the progress made towards a more inclusive society.
