Australian Minister for Roads Duncan Gay has announced the implementation of a series of traffic relief measures and the formation of Airport Traffic Coordination Committee to prevent traffic gridlocks at the Sydney International Airport.
Traffic congestion at the airport continues to plague the travellers even after the $500m road and transport upgrades initiated by the NSW Government and Sydney Airport.
Gay said: "It is totally unacceptable that people are missing flights or are sitting in traffic for way too long trying to get in and around Sydney Airport - we have to do better.
