The UK Department for Business and Trade would like to invite you to UK-Türkiye Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) Forum to Ankara.

The UK offers a strong and proven SAF ecosystem, combining government backing, clear policy direction and active industry innovation across fuel production, technology development, and airline deployment. At the same time, Türkiye is well positioned to play a strategic role in the development of SAF, with its large and growing aviation market, advanced refining capacity, established energy infrastructure and increasing focus on decarbonisation. With key airlines, airports, refineries, technology providers and public institutions engaged across the aviation and energy sectors, Türkiye has significant potential throughout the SAF value chain – from sustainable feedstocks and production to distribution and end use. This Forum aims to bring together UK expertise and Turkish capabilities to explore concrete opportunities for collaboration, investment and technology partnership, supporting the acceleration of SAF deployment and contributing to the long-term sustainability of the aviation sector in both countries.
