The Department for Business & Trade (DBT) is organising a ‘UK Airports Sector Trade Mission to China’ the week of the 7-11 September 2025.
The mission will be held alongside the ACI 7th World Airport Experience Summit, CCAA’s 10th China Airport Service Conference and the GZ International Airport Expo in Guangzhou in September 2025. During the mission the delegation will be able to attend the Summit, Conference and Expo and have the opportunity to participate in dedicated meetings with Guangdong Airport Group, Guangzhou Municipal Government, Guangdong Airport Group and CCAA and attend seminars with a range of senior leaders from selected Chinese airports at the event. The delegations will then travel to site visits and meetings to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport as well as Dalian Airport. The focus of this Mission is to showcase UK Supply Chain capabilities in innovation and sustainable business practices, particularly in airport services, that can be adopted in the fast-growing Chinese airport infrastructure ecosystem. The mission is being organised in partnership with the British Aviation Group and is open to all BAG members as well as non-member UK companies.
